Thanks for such a wonderful time, beautiful and cozy cabin, everything and anything you could possibly need. Excellent hospitality, really enjoyed all the stories. The best ski-dooing we ever had! We will highly recommend it to others. It’s a 5 star in our eyes!
See you in the summer!

Thanks for everything,

Your cabin at River Trail is 1400 square feet of completely modern living space which includes a well supplied kitchen, three large bedrooms and two full baths, one each on the upper and lower levels.

The bad news for some is that this is a non-smoking facility so those who indulge must do so outdoors. Smoking is allowed in the unattached bunkhouse so for a small fee it can be heated in winter so that smokers can do their thing in reasonable comfort. For more details go to Cabin Description .

As for activities, there is much to do in the area surrounding us. There is a 13 acre pond with a canoe provided. You can bring life jackets or rentals can be arranged. We also have a go-kart for the older kids which is meant for use on designated areas on the property only.

For wiener roasts or evenings by the fire, there is a fire pit near the front of the cabin (firewood is supplied) and for grilled burgers and steaks, we have a gas B-B-Q on the deck. For the little vacationer, there is a sand box near the cabin so it is easy to keep an eye on them.

For exercise we have some completed hiking trails with more roughed in. We provide sports equipment for shooting baskets or playing catch.

Hunting, fishing, down hill skiing, swimming, snowmobiling, ice skating, golfing, local and wilderness tours and much more can be arranged in their respective seasons. Please get in touch with us for information on specific activities that may be available.

Anyone flying into the John G. Diefenbaker Airport in Saskatoon can be picked up by us, a limo service or a car can be obtained there.

If any problems arise, we live nearby so a short walk and a knock on our door will bring quick resolution.
