The cabin is rented per person per night. $120 for the first couple, $30.00 for each additional person over the age of 12. There is a small charge for day guests.  We charge only the 5% Provincial Sales Tax, no federal Goods and Services Tax as yet. See our "Prices Page" for more details.

How far apart are the cabins?
There are no other cabins. The cabin is about 150 yards from our house, which is the only other residence on the property.

We are not on a lake. The body of water you see in the photos is a Ducks Unlimited  wildlife habitat project, a 13-acre pond. The nearest beach (of sorts) is on the Torch River about 3 miles away. If you want  a lake front cabin go to our "Links Page" and check out the listings for the Nipawin area under  "Saskatchewan Links”

Our nearest large community, Nipawin (pop. 5000) is about ½ hour away.
Prince Albert is about 1 ½ hours.
Saskatoon is about 3 hours (also our nearest International Airport).
Regina is about 4 - 5 hours. See the map on our "Map/Directions" page.

We need a name, address and phone number of the person who does the booking. We do not book without that information. Once we have phone contact we will also need a valid credit card number for the person taking responsibility for the booking. A refundable $200.00 damage deposit may be requested.
